摘要
目的:观察针灸联合饮食模式指导治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的临床效果。方法:选取脑卒中后吞咽困难患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规的饮食模式,观察组在对照组的基础上加用针灸治疗。结果:观察组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为80.00%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后饮水实验评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合饮食模式指导治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with diet pattern instruction on dysphagia due to stroke. Methods: Eighty patients with dysphagia due to stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with routine diet pattern,while the ones in the observation group were added therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 95. 00%,while that of the control group was 80. 00%;And the observation group was better than the control group( P〈0. 05). After half year's treatment,the water test score of the observation group was much better than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with diet pattern instruction has remarkable clinical curative effect on dysphagia due to stroke.
