瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的疗效对比分析被引量：3

摘要目的对比分析瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法将2010年12月至2012年12月于我院接受治疗的120例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组与观察组各60例。两组患者均给予常规基础治疗,对对照组患者给予阿托伐他汀治疗,对观察组则给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 1在接受治疗后,观察组血清内超敏C-反应蛋白(HsCRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平明显低于对照组患者,P<0.05;2观察组患者血脂水平稳定情况明显优于对照组,组间对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论在冠心病患者的治疗中选用瑞舒伐他汀药物治疗方案能够明显提高治疗效果,值得推广。
