摘要
20世纪80年代以后业界和学界逐渐开展核安全法律问题研究,研究成果多在2000年以后,2010年以后介入人员及热点增多。研究成果主要集中在对国际核安全法律及国外有关国家核安全法律制度的介绍、对加强我国核安全立法相关问题的研究以及对核安全法律法规中若干重要问题如废物处理与辐射防护、核损害责任等。总体来说研究数量、质量以及深度和广度都显不足,研究视角和方法较单一。
The research on the legal issues of China＇s nuclear safety began in 1980 s. The research papers were published mainly after 2000,and especially after 2010 the intervention researchers and studied hot issues increase. The research issues mainly concentrated on the introduction to the international nuclear safety law and the relevant foreign national nuclear safety law system,and some issues enhancing the nuclear safety legislation in China,as well as several important issues such as waste treatment,radiation protection,and nuclear damage liability. All in all,the quantity,quality of the research results and the research depth and breadth are insufficient,angle of view and the research technique are single.
