改性环氧富锌涂层对Q235腐蚀防护性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章采用化学法合成了纳米Si O2粒子,用纳米粒度仪进行表征。然后将纳米Si O2粒子和Zn分散到环氧树脂中并配制成涂层,用电化学方法探究了添加了不同含量纳米Si O2粒子和Zn的环氧树脂涂层在3.5%Na Cl溶液中对Q235钢的防腐性能;极化曲线表明在Zn含量为80%和Si O2含量为2.0%时,环氧涂层对Q235钢在3.5%水溶液中的防腐性能最好,盐雾试验的验证结果与测试结果一致。 In the paper, nano Si O2 particles were synthesized by chemical method and characterized by nano particle size analyzer. Nano Si O2 particles and Zn particles were dispersed into epoxy resin. The corrosion resistance of Q235 steel in 3.5 % Zn solution was explored by electrochemical method. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of epoxy coating on Q235 steel in 3.5 % aqueous solution was best when Zn content was 80 % and Si O2 content was 2 %. The result of salt spray tests was consistent with the test results.
