Research Advances of Noise Sources Identification for Engineering Machinery

摘要 随着工程机械行业的快速发展和各国环保意识的提高,人们对工程机械的舒适性和噪声控制方面提出更高的要求。噪声源识别是控制噪声的首要工作。以挖掘机为具体对象,分析其噪声源特性;简要介绍传统识别方法和基于声源的识别方法;从理论和应用方面,着重论述基于数字信号处理的识别方法;分别总结识别方法的优缺点和使用范围,发现基于数字信号处理的方法在工程机械噪声源识别方面优势明显。 With the rapid development of engineering machinery industry and the increasing of national awareness of environmental protection, higher requirements for comfort and noise control of engineering machinery were proposed. The noise source identification is the priority of noise control. In this paper, taking an excavator as the sample object of the engineering machinery, its noise source characteristics was analyzed. The traditional identification methods and the identification methods based on sound source were briefly introduced. The identification method based on digital signal processing was elaborated in the aspects of theory and application. The advantages and disadvantages and applications of these identification methods were summarized. It is found that the identification method based on digital signal processing has obvious advantages in noise source identification for engineering machinery.
