摘要
包囊率是评价石蜡微胶囊的一个重要指标,文章初步建立了包囊率的检测方法。色谱柱:perkin elmer elite PE-1毛细管气相色谱柱(60 m×0.53 mm×1.5μm),检测温度180℃。结果表明各组分能很好分离,在0.4~8 g/L浓度范围内均线性良好,线性相关系数0.9989~0.9998,最小检出限0.15~0.37 mg/L(S/N=3),方法平均回收率在95.7%~99.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)0.62%~1.59%。该方法简便快速,重现性好,适用于实际生产的需要。
Encapsulated tatio of paraffin microcapsule is an important index to evaluate the paraffin microcapsules,the study was to establish the method to determine the encapsulated tatio. Used perkin elmer elite PE-5 column(60 m×0.53 mm×1.5 μm), test temperature was 180 ℃. The results illustrated that components were well separated, linearity ranges were obtained between 0.4 g/L and 8 g/L for components,and the correlation coefficients form 0.9989 to 0.9998, the detection limit was between 0.15 mg/L and 0.37 mg/L(S/N=3), the average recoveries range from 95.7 % to 99.3 % with the relative standard deviations(RSD, n=5) form 0.62 %~1.59 %. Method is rapid and simple, had good repeatability, applicable to the requirement of Practical production.
