摘要
结合北美成熟使用近60年的承插式柔性接口和美国水行业协会(AWWA)标准对钢管承插式接口的要求,详细介绍了承插式接口连接的标准和规范、管端承口和插口的设计和加工制作方法,以及制造和安装时应注意的问题。指出:采用胶圈密封时,承插连接的钢管选用螺旋埋弧焊管;在非开挖工程中采用帕姆洛克(Permalok)承插式钢管连接,该承插式快速丝扣刚性连接钢管不需要现场焊接,钢管选用直缝焊管。
Combined with spigot joint of non-restrained gasket connection application in North America nearly 60 years and the requirements of AWWA standard for steel pipe spigot joint, it detailedly introduced the standard and norm, the design, fabrication and installation for the joints of rolled groove type and Carnegie type,and some matters needing attention. It pointed that it should use SAW pipe for rubber gasket sealing, and adopt Permalok fast joinl on longitudinal wehled pipe in the trenchless application with no field wehling.
