摘要
目的:探讨全面护理对老年脑出血患者生活质量改善效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年3月-2014年9月收治的78例脑出血老年患者为研究对象,将其随机分为干预组和常规组,分别采用全面护理和常规方法护理,比较两组患者运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量及满意度。结果:干预组患者运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量中生理功能、生理职能、健康状况、社会职能、情感职能评分均高于常规组,两组间各值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者满意度为94.87%,高于常规组的71.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年脑出血患者应用全面护理可提高患者运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量及患者满意度,具有显著应用效果。
Objective：To investigate the clinical observation of comprehensive care in the improvement of the quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method：78 cases of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected from March 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital, randomly divided into intervention group and conventional group,respectively comprehensive nursing care and conventional methods,compared the patients in motor function,activities of daily living,quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups.Result：Motor function,activities of daily living, and quality of life in physical function,physical role,health status,social function,emotional function scores of the patients in the intervention group were higher than the conventional group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant values（P〈0.05）.Satisfaction rate for the intervention group was 94.87%,higher than the conventional group’s satisfaction rate（71.79%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The application of the comprehensive care in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve motor function,activities of daily living, quality of life and patient satisfaction,which has a significant application results.
