摘要
目的探讨轴式滚动移位法和传统平抬搬运法护理胸腰椎骨折患者的疼痛影响,比较其效果,指导临床护理工作。方法将40例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。观察组采用轴式滚动移位法,对照组采用传统的2-3人搬运患者法,两组患者均采用心理疏导,消除紧张,缓解患者心理压力。比较两组患者搬运前后疼痛变化情况,对两组患者进行满意度调查。结果采用轴式滚动移位法和传统搬运法搬运患者的疼痛评分比较,差异有统计学意义（Z=1.973,P〈0.05）;轴式滚动移位法搬运患者的满意度为90.0%（18/21）,优于传统搬运法的65.0%（13/21）,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=14.547,P=0.000）。结论采用轴式滚动移位法搬运患者可减轻搬运过程中疼痛,提高了患者对护理服务的满意度,是一种理想的护理方式。
Objective To investigate the rolling shaft displacement method and traditional flat lift handling care act thoracolumbar fractures affect pain patients, compare its results to guide clinical care.Methods The 40 patients were divided into two groups and the control group,20 cases in each group.Observation group rolling shaft displacement method,the control group using the traditional method of 2 - 3peoples handling patients,two groups of patients were treated with psychological counseling,eliminate stress,relieve mental stress. Two groups were compared before and after handling the pain changes,two groups of patients satisfaction surveys. Results Axial displacement method using rolling and handling patient handling traditional method of pain scores,the difference was statistically significant（ Z = 1. 973,P〈0. 05）; scroll handling patient satisfaction shaft displacement method was 90. 0%（ 18 /21）,65. 0% better than（ 13 /21）traditional method of transportation,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 14. 547,P = 0. 000）.Conclusions Scroll using the shaft displacement method can reduce patient handling during transportation pain,and improve patients＇ satisfaction with care,and is an ideal way of care.
