摘要
经济全球化使民族地区经济、政治、文化发展受到不同程度的影响。经济全球化对民族地区人民主体作用的发挥既有积极影响又有消极影响。为了促进民族地区的发展,民族地区政府应尽快做出合理调整以适应经济全球化,通过加快制度创新、政府职能转换,保护民族产业等对策来减弱经济全球化对民族地区人民主体作用发挥的抑制,促进民族地区人民充分发挥主体作用,使民族地区获得更快更好的发展。
The economic,political and cultural development of the national areas are influenced by economic globalization. Economic globalization can not only promote but also inhibit subject role of people in national areas. In order to promote the development of national areas,the government of national areas should adjust to economic globalization as soon as possible. The government of national areas should accelerate institutional innovation and the transformation of government functions and protect national industries so that we can not only weaken the restraining factors of people to play subject role but also promote subject role of people in national areas. National areas can adjust to economic globalization and develop faster and better in this way.
