摘要
目的:优选复方活血巴布膏中水煎药材的絮凝工艺。方法:以续断中的川续断皂苷Ⅵ保留率及沉降百分率为考察指标,采用星点设计-效应面法对水煎药材絮凝工艺进行研究。结果:壳聚糖絮凝沉淀法的最佳工艺条件为药液比1∶1.7,絮凝温度51℃,壳聚糖加入量为21.8m L(每100m L药液),p H值为5.6。结论:壳聚糖絮凝法沉降效果好,经济实用,优选的絮凝工艺合理、稳定可行,可用于复方活血巴布膏水提药材的絮凝澄清。
Objective:To optimize chitosan flocculation of water extraction in Fufang Huoxue Cataplasm.Methods:The central composite design-response surface methodology was applied to optimize the boiling water flocculation process with indexes of Asperosaponin Ⅵ retention in Dipsacus and percentage settlement.Results:Optimal condition of chitosan flocculation sedimentation method was that the mass concentration of liquid was 1:1.7,the flocculation temperature is 51℃,and the addition amount of chitosan was 21.8mL(each 100 mL liquid),pH=5.6.Conclusion:Effect of chitosan flocculation is economical and practical.Preferred extraction process is reasonable,stable and viable,which could be used for flocculation of water extraction in Fufang Huoxue Cataplasm.
