摘要
肾阴虚证是一种虚热证候,作为中医理论体系中的重要证候之一,已有几十年的现代研究历史。学者主要通过实验室和临床两种途径对肾阴虚证进行研究,目前尚无公认、规范的肾阴虚生化指标评判标准。文章以肾阴虚生化指标为分类依据,从神经内分泌网络(下丘脑-垂体-靶腺免疫轴)、免疫系统、自由基、水通道蛋白、微量元素及其他生化指标(基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学)等方面总结肾阴虚证不同生化指标的相关研究情况,为肾阴虚证的深入研究提供一定的参考。其中组学技术以先进分析检测方法结合分子生物学、电子计算机和信息网络等技术,对生物体内蛋白、代谢物等进行定性定量分析,可有效提高诊断的科学化、定量化,避免主观因素及经验的不确定性。通过进一步挖掘,可以为证候标准化的研究提供一种可行的方法。
As one of the important syndromes of deficiency-heat of TCM,the modern research of syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin had been lasted for several decades.The researches had been carried out in laboratory or clinic by scholars.However,there were no generally accepted and normative judgment criteria for the biochemical indicators of deficiency of kidney yin.This paper summarized recent advances of the biochemical indicators of syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin from the following aspects:neuro-endocrine network(hypothalamus-pituitary-immune target gland axis),immune system,free radicals,aquaporins,trace elements,and other biochemical criterion(genomics,proteomics and metabolomics),in order to provide a referenceforthe further research of syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin.Omics technology as an advanced analytical test method combined with molecular biology,electronic computer technique,information network technique and so on could be used to analyze the proteins and metabolites in biological bodies qualitatively and quantificationally,improve the scientization and quantification of diagnose and avoid the uncertainly of the subjective factors and experience.It could provide a feasible method for the researches through further mining.
