合肥地铁盾构施工浆液配比优化试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 盾构施工中同步注浆即通过注浆泵及注浆管将浆液材料填入盾尾间隙,同步注浆材料是决定注浆成败的关键因素之一,直接影响注浆成本、注浆效果、注浆工艺等。针对目前有关膨胀土层同步注浆浆液配比研究缺失这一问题,基于合肥特殊的工程地质条件,以合肥地铁1号线工程中使用的浆液材料为研究对象,通过室内试验,采用单因素与正交设计相结合的试验方法,对浆液材料水泥、粉煤灰、砂、膨润土、水不同配比下浆液的析水率、抗压强度、黏度、结石率进行极差分析。结果表明:同步注浆的配比是影响浆液抗压强度和析水率的关键指标,并提出了适合膨胀土地层条件下地铁盾构同步注浆浆液的优化配方,对类似地层条件下浆液配比的选取具有参考价值。 Grout shield construction material is that filled with slurry shield tail grouting gap by injection pump and pipe. Synchronous grouting material is one of the key factors to decide the success or failure of grouting, it affects the grouting cost, grouting process, grouting effect etc. At present, there are few studies on rate of synchronous grouting material in expansive soil. Based on the special engineering geological conditions of Hefei, taking grouting material used in Hefei subway line 1 project as a research object, through laboratory tests, combined with single factor and orthogonal design test method, we study the sep- arating water, compressive strength , viscosity, stones rate of synchronization grout by range analysis under different ratio materials with the slurry cement, fly ash, sand, bentonite, and water. The results show that the synchronous grouting ratio is a key index for slurry' s compressive strength and bleeding rate. We put forward the optimization ratio for shield synchronous grouting in condition of swelling soil, providing a reference value for the slurry ratio selection under similar geological conditions.
