摘要
目的:探讨首发和长期住院精神分裂症患者的甲状腺素功能差异。方法:将226例精神分裂症患者分为首发组(106例)和长期住院组(120例)。另外选择62例正常人作为对照组。分别抽取3组研究对象的血液,检测FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH。结果:治疗前患者:FT3、FT4、T3长期住院组、首发组患者低于正常对照组(P均<0.05),长期住院组患者的T4低于首发组、正常对照组(P均<0.05);首发组患者的TSH低于长期住院组、正常对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后患者:FT3、FT4、T3、T4对照组患者>长期住院组>首发组(P<0.05);首发组患者的TSH低于长期住院组、正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:未经治疗的首发精神分裂症患者甲状腺素水平降低;抗精神病药的使用后,甲状腺素水平逐渐降低。从长期住院精神分裂症患者看,随着病情的稳定,甲状腺素水平逐渐升高。
Objective:To discuss difference of thyroid hormone functions of first-episode and long-term hospitalized schizo-phrenics. Methods:(1) 106 first-episode schizophrenics, 120 long-term schizophrenics and 62 normal persons were divided into first-episode group, long-term hospitalized group and control group. The levels of FT3, FT4, T3, T4, TSH were detected. Results:Before the treatment:the levels of FT3, FT4, and T3 of long-term hospitalized group, first-episode group were lower than those of normal control group (P<0. 05); the level of T4 of long-term hospitalized group was lower than those of the other two groups (P<0. 05);and the level of TSH of first-episode group was lower than those of the other two groups (P<0. 05). After the treatment:for the levels of FT3, FT4, T3, and T4, control group>long-term hospitalized group>fist-episode group (P<0. 05);and for the level of TSH, first-episode group was lower than those of the other two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusions:Before the treatment, first-episode schizophrenics have a low level of thyroid hormones. Through action of antipsychotic drug, the levels of thyroid hormones decrease. To long-term hospitalized schizophrenics, with the stable of disease, the levels of thyroid hormones increase.
