摘要
目的验证小麦粉中铅的测定在本实验室条件下的适用性和有效性[1]。方法通过测定小麦粉中铅的标准曲线、检出限,计算方法的精密度、准确度,根据实验结果对该方法的可行性进行确认[2]。结果标准曲线的相关系数在0.9993-0.9998,线性范围:0.0-60.0ng/ml;检出限为0.00015mg/L;精密度在0.47%-1.16%;回收率在93.5%-102.0%之间。结论本实验室具备用GB5009.12-2010的方法测定小麦粉中铅的条件,能够开展此项工作[3]。
Objective To verify the determination of lead in wheat flour on the suitability and effectiveness of the laboratory conditions[1]. Methods Through the determination of the standard curve of lead in wheat flour,detection limit,precision,accuracy,and the calculation methods of the feasibility of the method according to the experimental results confirm that[2]. Results The correlation coefficient of standard curve in the 0.999 3 to 0.999 8,the linear range:0.0-60.0 ng/ml;Detection limit of 0.000 15mg/L;Precision from 0.47% to 1.16%. Recovery is between 93.5% and 102.0%. Conclusions The lab have GB5009.12-2010 method for determination of lead in wheat flour, can carry out the work[3].
