摘要
布鲁氏杆菌病是一种人畜共患的传染病,既严重影响畜牧业发展,也威胁人类健康.本研究对和林格尔县的布鲁氏杆菌病流行现状和个体畜牧养殖模式进行了调查研究,结果发现:农牧民仍是主要患病人群."重点职业人群"与对照组在预防意识、生活习惯、卫生条件、职业暴露方面存在诸多显著性差异.在布鲁氏杆菌病防控中应注意农牧民的作用.
Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease, which seriously affected the development of animal husbandry, but also a threat to human health. Brucellosis epidemic situation and individual animal husbandry model was investigated in Helingeer County. The results showed that farmers and herdsmen were still the main sick people. There were many significant differences in the prevention awareness, life habits, and health occupation exposure condition between the occupation population and control group. For the prevention and control of brucellosis, the role of farmers and herdsmen should be paid attention.
