摘要
数控机床往往采用滚珠丝杠作为机械传动部件,但是由于制造误差和装配误差的存在,仍不可避免地存在一定的螺距误差,这就会影响到数控机床的定位精度。主要探讨了利用Xl-80激光干涉仪进行数控机床螺距误差补偿的工作原理、操作步骤及操作要点。
