TNF-β联合IL-6检测对早期诊断非小细胞肺癌术后放疗导致的放射性肺炎的初探 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨TNF-β联合IL-6检测对早期诊断放射性肺炎(RP)的价值,以利于临床上早期发现RP,进而有利于早期治疗的开展。方法回顾性分析本院收治的27例非小细胞肺癌术后联合放疗的患者血清TNF-β、IL-6以及相关补体水平,对照组20例,均为非小细胞肺癌术后未予联合使用化疗的患者,收集其术后血清TNF-β、IL-6以及相关补体水平相关数值资料,观察组27例,收集其放疗前及放疗后3天、两周及30天对应的血清血清TNF-β、IL-6以及相关补体水平相关数值资料,并尤其关注放疗导致的RP的患者血清相应的参数水平,比较术后放疗病人血清TNF-β和IL-6相比于对照组的差异,分析RP患者血清TNF-β和IL-6水平是否存在时间依赖性,同时关注TNF-β、IL-6联合的诊断价值。结果非小细胞肺癌患者术后联合使用放疗相比于对照组可显著上调TNF-β和IL-6水平,并存在一定的时间依赖性,TNF-β联合IL-6相比于单独TNF-β或IL-6检测有利于发现早期RP患者,进而有利于早期治疗。结论 TNF-β联合IL-6检测可作为早期诊断RP的潜在指标。
