异向旋转锥形双螺杆三维造型方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用端面曲线旋转和模拟机加工法两种方式对锥形双螺杆进行造型,从造型后法向螺棱宽度与设计参数的吻合度和两螺杆装配后螺棱侧隙的均匀性两方面对造型方法的准确性进行了评价,并根据造型过程分析了两种造型方法的不同适用范围。结果表明,两种造型方法均不产生干涉;前者通过对螺棱顶角计算方法进行改进后,不仅得到了与设计参数一致的法向螺棱宽度,还具有更均匀的螺棱侧隙,较适于仿真模拟计算的建模和轴向齿廓形状较简单的锥形双螺杆的造型,后者更适于构建轴向齿廓形状更加复杂的螺杆实体。 Two methods of cross section rotation and machining simulation were adopted to model the screw and the modeling accuracy was evaluated from the two aspects which include the alignment between normal screw flight width after modeling and design parameter and the uniformity of screw meshing clearance after assembling. The scopes of the two methods were analyzed by modeling process. The results show that the two methods don't generate interference, and the former which is improved through fixing the screw angle can get the normal flight width consistent with the design parameter and more uniform screw meshing clearance. The methods of cross section rotation is more accurate and suitable for simulation modeling and shaping conical twin- screw with simple axial tooth profile shape and the method of machining simulation is more suitable for modeling complex axial tooth profile shape screw.
