摘要 以印制电子喷印机的结构为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench平台,对其进行动态特性分析。针对喷印机结构过重问题,在保证结构具有良好动态特性的前提下,结合响应面法与多目标遗传算法,对喷印机的结构参数进行了多目标优化设计。结果表明:基于响应面法和多目标遗传算法,能快速有效地获得喷印机结构优化设计问题的最优解,为产品结构的多目标优化提供了参考。 Taking the structure of printed electronics inkjet printer as the research object,the dynamic characteristic was analyzed based on ANSYS Workbench platform. Aiming at the overweight problem of structure for printed electronics inkjet printer,combining with response surface method and multi-objective genetic algorithm,the structural parameters of jet printing machine were optimized under the premise of ensuring good dynamic characteristic of structure. The optimization results show that using response surface method and multi-objective genetic algorithm can obtain the optimal solution set of the printer structural optimal design problem quickly and accurately,which provides a reference for the multi-objective optimization design of product structure.
