以普通油茶(Camellia oleifera)为对照,通过调查水淹条件下植株的受害情况,研究了陆川油茶(C.vietnamensis)、广宁红花油茶(C.semiserrata)、香花油茶(C.osmantha)作为砧木的岑软3号嫁接苗的耐涝性,结果表明:普通油茶和香花油茶作为砧木的岑软3号嫁接苗耐涝性极强,水淹处理40 d内均所有植株均未表现出受害症状;陆川油茶仅在水淹处理20、30 d时受害指数为10.00,且水淹处理40 d时受害植株均已恢复,耐涝性也较强;广宁红花油茶作为砧木的岑软3号嫁接苗耐涝性最差,且植株间耐涝性有分离,水淹处理第40d时受害指数达到57.33,并有30%的植株已经死亡。
Using Camellia oleifera as control, through investigating damaged status of plants under flood- ing condition, waterlogging tolerance of grafted seedlings from Cenruan 3 clone using Camellia vietnamen- sis, Camellia semiserrata and Camellia osmantha as rootstocks was studied. The results showed that graf- ted seedlings from Cenruan 3 clone using C. oleifera and C. osmantha as rootstocks had the strongest wa- terlogging tolerance, and no plants showed damage symptoms in flooding treatment 40 days. Damage in- dex of grafted seedlings from Cenruan 3 clone using C. vietnamensis as rootstock was 10. 00 only in flood- ing treatment 20 or 30 days, and damaged plants had restored in 40 days, showing stronger waterlogging tolerance. Waterlogging tolerance of grafted seedlings from Cenruan 3 clone using C. semiserrata as root- stock was the worst with a separation among plants, and damage index of plants reached 57.33 with 30% of the plants died in flooding treatment 40 days.
