硝酸甘油软膏涂抹在早产儿动脉置管导致肢端缺血中的应用 被引量：9

摘要 目的：探讨对动脉置管的早产儿出现动脉血栓和血管痉挛造成的组织缺血采用硝酸甘油软膏涂抹的临床效果。方法：对2013年7月～2014年6月我科收治的6例患儿发生因动脉置管导致的指趾端缺血青紫，使用2％硝酸甘油软膏进行肢体涂抹。结果：成功逆转了早产儿肢端缺血的问题，恢复缺血肢端的血供且无副反应发生。结论：对于动脉置管导致早产儿肢端缺血可采用硝酸甘油软膏肢体涂抹来缓解，避免了采用抗血栓治疗对早产儿造成的危险，值得临床推广。
