摘要
在荧光仪最佳分析条件下,结合基体校正方法,用高锰钢、高锰不锈钢和自制无磁不锈钢标样制作工作曲线,试验了制样方法对测定准确度的影响,建立了用X射线荧光光谱法测定高强度无磁不锈钢中硅、锰、铬、镍、钼和铌的分析方法。用化学分析标准方法、荧光光谱法和直读光谱法对5个随机抽取样品进行各组分分析结果的比对,结果表明,用X射线荧光光谱法测定精度和准确度优于直读光谱法,与化学标准分析方法结果吻合,能够满足炉前检验要求。
Under the optimal condition of fluorescence spectrometry, uniting the method of matrix correction, regression curves are made by high manganese- steel, high manganese stainless steel, and special non- magnetism stainless steel. The influence of determination accuracy that caused by sample making is studied. A method for the determination of Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Nb in high strength non-magnetism stainless steel is established. Compare to the result of five random sample that determined with standard chemistry method, X- ray fluorescence spectrometry and direct- reading spectrometer. It is found that the precision and accuracy of X- ray fluorescence spectrometry is more excellent than direct- reading spectrometer, and determine result correspond swith standard chemistry method.The method could meet the requirements of test on line.
