丙泊酚影响脑组织水通道蛋白4的研究进展

摘要 脑水肿是许多中枢神经系统病变时共同的病理过程,脑水肿导致的颅内压增高可造成神经功能损害,是神经系统疾病预后不良的主要原因之一,当颅内压进一步增高时可发展为脑疝甚至危及生命。
