苏云金芽孢杆菌NBIN863菌株对番茄根结线虫的防治效果和促生作用 被引量:11

Studies on Controlling Effect of Bacillus thuringiensis NBIN863 Strain on Tomato Root Knot Nematodes and Its Growth-promoting Effect on Tomato

摘要 在温室条件下,研究苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)NBIN863菌株对番茄根结线虫的生物防治效果,对番茄植株的促生作用及在番茄根际周围的定殖能力。结果表明:NBIN863菌株对番茄根结线虫的温室防效达到54.48%;对番茄植株具有促生作用,株高、根长和全株鲜质量分别比空白对照增加49.10%、43.69%和52.50%;该菌株能稳定在番茄根际周围定殖,接种30d后,其定殖浓度为8.37×105cfu·g-1。 Under greenhouse condition, this paper studied the bio-control efficiency of NBIN863 strain on tomato root knot nematodes and its growth promotion effect and colonization ability on tomato. The result showed that the bio-eontrol efficiency of NBIN863 strain on tomato root knot nematode was up to 54.48%. Compared with the blank control, the plant height, root length and total fresh weight were increased by 49.10%, 43.69% and 52.50%, respectively. We found that NBIN863 strain could stably colonize in rhizophere at the concentration of 8.37 × 105cfu g-1 on the 30th day after inoculation.
