摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理管理在临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012~2013年收治的临床护理患者2480例,根据患者自愿原则分为观察组1250例和对照组1230例,对照组实施常规护理管理,而观察组则采取人性化护理管理。记录两组患者的风险事件及护理纠纷情况,对护理质量与满意度进行对比评价。结果观察组在风险事件、护理纠纷的发生率上明显低于对照组,护理质量和患者满意度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论人性化护理管理,可以有效减少风险事故的发生,同时能提高护理质量及改善护患关系,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of humanistic nursing management in clinical nursing work. Methods A total of 2 480 cases of clinical nursing of patients with reception in our hospital from 2012 ~ 2013. According to the principle of voluntary, patients were divided into observation group (n =1 250) and control group (n =1 230). Patients in the control group received routine nursing management, while in the observation group received the humanistic nursing management. Patients risk events and nursing dispute of two groups were compared and the quality of nursing and satisfaction were evaluated. Results The incidence in the risk event, nursing disputes in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P〈0. 05). Nursing quality and patient satisfaction of observa-tion group were significantly better than those of control group (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion Humanization nursing manage-ment can effectively reduce the risk of accidents, improve the quality of nursing and improve the nurse patient relation-ship, which is worth the clinical promotion and application.
