摘要
目的研究两种手术方式治疗PilonⅢ型骨折患者的疗效。方法选取2007年2月至2013年4月我院收治的PilonⅢ型骨折患者52例,将其随机分成两组。A组21例采取切开复位坚强内固定法;B组31例采取有限切开复位固定加外固定架固定法。比较两组患者疗效。结果 A组踝关节功能优良率(76.2%)同B组的(74.7%)无明显差异,但A组严重并发症的发生率(38.1%)明显高于B组(22.6%)患者。结论采取有限切开复位内固定及外固定架固定法的疗效优于传统切开复位内固定法。
Objective：To investigate the effects of 2 kinds of operation mode to treat Ⅲ - type Pilon fracture. Methods：52 cases of Ⅲ - type Pilon fracture treated in our hospital from February 2007 to April 2013 were selected and randomly di-vided into 2 groups. The group A（21 cases）adopted the open reduction and strong internal fixation,the group B（31 cases） adopted the limited open reduction with internal fixation plus external fixation mount. The effects were compared among 2 groups. Results：The excellent rate（76. 2% ）in the group A was similar to excellent rate（74. 7% ）in the group B,but the group A had the high major morbidity rate. Conclusion：The limited open reduction plus internal fixation and external fixa-tion mount is superior to that in the open reduction plus strong internal fixation.
