摘要
纺纱原料投入用量的精确预测,能有效帮助企业计划生产投入,降低生产成本。为了提高纺纱投料的预测精度,结合某纺织厂的实际生产信息分析了影响纺纱原料用量的主要因素。然后建立BP神经网络预测模型对纺纱原料投入用量进行预测,数据测试结果表明,该预测方法的预测结果较好。
