摘要 目的:优选晕瘫通脑片的提取工艺。方法:以葛根素提取量和浸膏得率的综合评分为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过Box-Behnken效应面法考察浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间对提取工艺的影响。结果:优选得到晕瘫通脑片的最佳提取工艺为加水8.6倍量,浸泡63.8 min后提取128.4 min,提取两次。结论:通过Box-Behnken效应面法及总评"归一值"(OD)为评价系统优选的提取工艺稳定、简便易行、预测性好,可为晕瘫通脑片的工艺研究提供参考。 Objective: To optimize extraction process of Yuntan Tongnao tablets by Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology. Methods: On the basis of single factor tests, Box-Behnken experimental design was employed to investigate effects of the extraction time,water amount and the soaking time on puerarin and yield of the extract. Results: The optimized processing parameters were as follows: soaking time 63. 8 minutes,8. 6 times volume of water, extract time128. 4minutes,twice extraction. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is proved to be stable, simple, good predictability by Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology and overall desirability,it provides a basis for technology research of Yuntan Tongnao tablets.
