摘要
火电机组故障安全型控制系统设计与实施是当前基建工程深度调试的全新项目。在安徽淮南田集电厂二期基建工程期间,通过与电力设计研究院协调现场测点布置、会同控制系统制造厂设置故障安全型卡件内部接线、联系设备制造商完善保护条件,以及连同电厂运行和热控部门讨论定值保护清单等工作,在机组基建初期,全面完整设计故障安全型控制系统。调试阶段以设备实际运行工况优化控制策略。从机组基建调试到商业投运至今未发生热控原因造成的误动作。
At present,design and implementation of the fail-safe control systems in fossil-fired power generation units is the brand new project of depth commissioning in infrastructure works. During infrastructure works of Anhui Huainan Tianji Power Plant Phase II project,through coordinating the field test point assignment with the design institute; in conjunction with the manufacture of the control system for setting internal wirings of fail-safe modules; contacting with manufacturers of the equipment for integrating protection conditions,and together with the operation and process control departments in power plant for discussing the protection set points list,in initial stage of infrastructure of the unit,the failsafe control system had already been completed. In commissioning stage,the control strategies are optimized in accordance with practical operation conditions of the equipment. From infrastructure,commissioning up to commercial operation,malfunction never occurs because of the problem in process control area.
