摘要
选择广州市荔湾区为研究对象,利用遥感和GIS技术,基于SWMM构建模型对研究区的城市内涝进行模拟,并分析降雨、地表形态、城市化程度、排水能力与城市内涝的关系。研究发现,降雨是城市内涝的最主要影响因素,而地表坡度和城市不透水率是重要因素,因此城市内涝的防控主要方向是降低降雨转化为径流的比例,增加雨水的吸收、滞留和储蓄。
In this paper, the authors selected Liwan District, Guangzhou City as the research area, and built a model to simulate urban waterlogging based on remote sensing, GIS, and SWMM. Then the authors analyzed the relationships between urban waterlogging and rainfall, surface morphology, urbanization level, drainage capacity. The research results indicate that rainfall is the most important factor of urban waterlogging, and surface slope and urban impervious surface coverage were important factors. Therefore, for preventing and controlling urban waterlogging, it's the main solution to increase the rainwater absorption, retention and savings, and, thus, to reduce the ratio of rainfall into the runoff.
