Recent advances in drug therapy of corneal neovascularization

摘要 角膜新生血管是角膜疾病中一种常见的病理性改变,也是导致视力下降的重要原因。在一系列临床疾病的病理过程中,角膜血管生成因子和抑制因子之间的平衡被打破,继而引发了角膜新生血管。本文主要对国内外角膜新生血管治疗的最新研究进展加以综述。 Cornea/neovascularization(CNV) is one of common pathologic changes ainong corneal diseases, and is also an important reason of visual loss. In the process of a series of clinical disease pathology, the balance between corneal angiogenic and antiangiogenic factors is broken, which in turn triggered CNV. This paper mainly reviews the latest research progress of CNV in domestic and abroad.
