摘要
目的:研究负压吸疱法自体表皮移植治疗白癜风的疗效及不良反应。方法:应用负压吸疱法治疗稳定期散发型、局限型、节段型白癜风。结果:40例患者共移植185个皮片,有效171个皮片,有效率92.43%,其中散发型、局限型、节段型有效率分别为85.94%、95.51%、96.88%,散发型与局限型、节段型的有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.298,χ2=4.966,P<0.05),节段型与局限型有效率差异无计学意义(χ2=1.487,P=0.225)。结论:负压吸疱法治疗稳定期白癜风安全有效。
Objective： To study the efficacy and adverse reaction of negative pressure suction blister method of autologous epidermal grafting for the treatment of vitiligo. Methods： Suction blister method was used in the treatment of stable period of sporadic,localized,segmental type vitiligo. Results： 185 skin grafts were transplanted into 40 patients. Amomg them,171 skin grafts were effective. The efficiency was 92. 43%,including sporadic,localized,segmental efficiency of85. 94%,95. 51%,96. 88% respectively. There was statistically significant difference in effective rate of sporadic type and segmental,and localized type.（ χ2= 13. 298,χ2= 4. 966,P〈 0. 05）. The effective difference between segmental type and limitations type had no statistical significance（ χ2= 1. 487,P = 0. 225）. Conclusion： The suction blister method in the treatment of vitiligo is safe and effective.
