摘要
目的：对护理中出现不良事件的具体原因和情况进行详细分析，同时在如何加强对患者的护理管理方面提出针对性的应对措施。方法在我院从2014年1月～2015年1月收治的患者中随机选取34例在护理中发生不良事件的患者进行采访和问卷，运用统计学对事件发生的因素、具体情况和相关特征进行统计、分析，找出加强患者护理管理的针对性措施。结果通过综合分析，发现有些医护人员的责任意识淡薄，在护理中没有关注患者的安全；患者的自律意识薄弱，不能严格按照医嘱的要求来照顾自己。结论在临床护理中发生的医疗事件，必须采取措施积极加以整改，医院要对相应的医护人员定时进行护理培训和考核，考核合格者方可上岗，增强他们的责任意识，来有效促进护理的效果。
Objective To analyze the causes and conditions of adverse events in nursing, and to strengthen the nursing management of patients with the corresponding measures. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, 34 patients with adverse events were randomly selected to carry out interviews and questionnaires, the use of statistical analysis of the factors, the specific circumstances and relevant characteristics of the incident, to find ways to strengthen the management of nursing management. Conclusion In clinical nursing care in medical event, must take measures to actively reform, the hospital should be to the corresponding medical personnel to carry out nursing training and assessment, assessment of qualified persons can mount guard, enhance their sense of responsibility, to effectively promote the effect of nursing.
