摘要
目的:观察通经活利汤联合展筋酊治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例慢性膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组口服通经活利汤配合外用平乐展筋酊,对照组口服滑膜炎颗粒配合外用双氯芬酸二乙胺胶剂。两组疗程均为28 d。对两组进行疗效评定和观察指标分析。结果:治疗组治愈21例,好转11例,未愈3例,总有效率为91.43%;对照组治愈12例,好转19例,未愈4例,总有效率为88.57%。两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分、关节肿胀评分、HSS评分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组关节肿胀评分、HSS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通经活利汤联合展筋酊治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎疗效确切,相比滑膜炎颗粒配合双氯芬酸二乙胺胶剂,能明显改善关节肿胀、HSS评分,但尚不认为在改善疼痛方面存在差异。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongjing Huoli Decoction（通经活利汤）combined with Zhanjin Tincture（展筋酊） in treatment of chronic gonarthromeningitis.Methods：70 cases of chronic gonarthromeningitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Tongjing Huoli Decoction and externally-applied Pingle Zhanjin Tincture.The control group was treated with Synovitis Granule（滑膜炎颗粒） and externally-applied Diclofenac Diethylamine Glue.The course of treatment for the two groups was 28 d.The curative effects of the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results：In the treatment group,21 cases were cured,11 cases were improved,and 3 cases was not cured,the total efficiency being 91.43%;while in the control group,12 cases were cured,19 cases were improved,and 4 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency being 88.57%.The difference between total effective rates of the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）;while the difference between the recovery rates of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the VAS scores,joint swelling scores,and HSS scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The differences between joint swelling scores and HSS scores of the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The difference between VAS scores of the two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tongjing HuoliDecoction combined with Zhanjin Tincture has a curative effect in the treatment of chronic gonarthromeningitis and can significantly improve the joint swelling and HSS score compared with Synovitis Granule combined with externally-applied Diclofenac Diethylamine Glue,but it is still uncertain whether there is a difference on pain-relief.
