摘要
介绍了核电厂用蒸汽发生器Incoloy800H传热管首次国产化工艺,对试制的Incoloy800H传热管的化学成分、金相组织、常规力学性能和抗晶间腐蚀性能进行了分析,开展了约5100台时675℃高温持久试验性能试验,外推了6000 h的高温持久强度极限,上述试验结果均满足设计要求。
The first time localization process of Incoloy800 H heat transfer tube for nuclear power plant was introduced.The chemical composition, metallographic,mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion performance of Incoloy800 H heat transfer tubes were analyzed. High temperature permanence performance test was carried out at 675℃ for5100 h. High temperature permanence intension limit for 6000 h was extrapolated by isotherm method. All the test results can meet the design requirements.
