川鄂连蕊茶无土栽培技术研究

摘要 试验以川鄂连蕊茶品种天山粉(Camellia rosthorniana Hand.-Mazz cv.Tianshanfen)一年生播种苗为供试材料,以园林废弃物、珍珠岩、河沙为盆栽基质材料,设置9个配方,并以常用基质配方珍珠岩∶泥炭=1∶2为对照,研究了不同基质配方对川鄂连蕊茶营养生长的影响,结合基质理化性质分析,筛选川鄂连蕊茶最佳的无土栽培基质配方。结果表明,在园林废弃物∶珍珠岩∶河沙=3∶2∶1的基质中生长,川鄂连蕊茶的苗高达到38.67 cm,苗高年增长量达22.25 cm,与其他配方差异明显,而与对照差异不大。因此,可以使用园林废弃物代替泥炭用于无土栽培,即节约了生产成本,又为园林废弃物增加了新的利用途径。 1-year-old seeding of Camellia rosthorniana Hand-Mazz. cv. Tianshanfen was chosen as the planting material to select the optimum medium formula. The effects of 9 formulas of green waste, perlite and sand at volume proportion on vegeta-tion growth of C. rosthorniana was studied with perlite:peat =1:2 as control. The results showed that green waste :perlite:sand=3:2:1 was the best media formula for the soilless culture of C. rosthorniana as the plant height(38.67 cm) and growth rate per year(22.25 cm) was obviously higher than the other formulas while was not significantly different from the control.Thus, the green waste could replace peat to be used for soilless culture, which could not only save the cost of production,but also adding new exploit approach of green waste.
