摘要
Johnson-Cook本构模型是研究材料在动态过程中力学状态的一种常用模型。为标定JohnsonCook本构模型参数,给出了常规的试验方法及试验条件,并通过理论推导,介绍了利用试验数据求解Johnson-Cook本构模型参数的具体方法。在此基础上,以某涂层材料为例,建立了该材料的Johnson-Cook本构模型,验证了文中方法的可行性。
Johnson-Cook constitutive model is a popular model for researching the dynamic process of the mechanical state.Conventional test methods and test conditions are presented to calibrate Johnson-Cook constitutive model parameters.And through theoretical derivation,an introduction is made of the specific methods for solving Johnson-Cook constitutive model parameters with experimental data.On this basis,with some coating material as an example,Johnson-Cook constitutive model of the material is constructed,which verified the feasibility of the solution presented previously.
