摘要
采用正庚烷溶剂萃取法,从陕北中低温煤焦油中得到正庚烷不溶物(H-CT)。通过元素分析仪、气相色谱—质谱联用仪、红外光谱仪等手段对其组成及性质进行了分析。结果表明:中低温煤焦油正庚烷不溶物中主要含有酚类、芳烃类和少量杂环类物质。其中甲苯可溶组分(TS-H-CT)含量高达89.41%,对其甲苯可溶物(TS-H-CT)进行GC-MS分析,发现其中酚类物含量最高,达62.74%,其次为芳烃类物质,约占33.09%。
N-heptane solvent extraction method is employed here to acquire n-heptane insoluble(H-CT) from the medium and low temperature coal tar produced in north of Shaanxi. The composition and property were analyzed through elemental analyzer, gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer, infrared spectrometer and other methods. The results shows that the n-heptane insoluble in medium and low temperature coal tar mainly contains phenols, arenes and small amount of heterocyclic substance. The content of toluene soluble composition(TS-H-CT)is relatively high,up to 89.41%. GC-MS analysis was done on the toluene soluble(TS-H-CT)thereof,and it is found that the content of hydroxybenzene is the highest,up to 62.74%, followed by aromatic substance,occupying about 33.09%.
