摘要 本研究目的是在于研制高碳化、高强度的耐烧蚀硅橡胶绝热层材料,以应用在整合式冲压引擎火箭(Integral Ramjet Rocket-IRR)当作热防护系统。Dow Corning DC93-104经Martin Martietta Aerospace推荐应用于此系统,是二种成份液态的硅橡胶,高分子基体部份为含有硅乙烯(≡Si-C=C)官能基的甲基苯基聚硅氧烷(polymethylphenylsiloxane),以Pt系当催化剂,虽然DC93-104具有优异的耐烧蚀热特性,但烧蚀后形成高碳化的焦化层强度低,无法抵抗高速热气的冲刷而剥落,为改善此缺点只好在引擎室钢壳内部表面点焊数以千计不锈钢丝网目,于铸制绝热层时,让DC93-104胶料能穿插在各网目内,经由不锈钢丝网目以增强烧蚀后焦化层的强度,避免焦化层于引擎室二次燃烧时被高温、高压和高速热气流冲刷而剥落,以维热防护系统功能正常发挥。但是于引擎室钢壳内部表面点焊数以千计不锈钢丝网目是个耗时、费工的工作,所以本研究选用General Electric Co.二液型RTV 627及LSR 2650液态硅橡胶进行高碳化、高强度的耐烧蚀硅橡胶绝热层的开发,基由本身强度抵抗高温、高压和高速热气流冲刷而不剥落,如此即可节约成本也可以提升效率。 The purpose of this study is that the development of resistance to high carbonation, high- strength silicone rubber insulating layer of ablative material, to apply the integrated ramjet rocket (Integral Ramjet Rocket-IRR) as the thermal protection system. Dow Coming DC93-104 by Martin Martietta Aerospace recommended for this system, is a two component liquid silicone rubber, a polymer matrix containing part of methyl vinyl silicone ( =Si-C = C ) functional group of phenyl polysiloxane (polymethylphenylsiloxane), when the department of Pt catalyst, although DC93-104 superior ablative thermal properties, but low strength coke layer is formed after ablation of high carbonation, can not resist high speed hot air stream erosion and peeling , in order to improve this shortcoming in the engine room had an internal surface spot welding thousands stainless steel wire mesh, at the time of casting the insulating layer, so that DC93-104 compound could vary within each mesh, with stainless steel wire mesh for strength coking layer after ablation, to avoid coking layer is high temperature, high pressure and high speed hot air stream erosion and spalling in the secondary combustion chamber when the engine to dimensional thermal protection system to work normally. But in the engine compartment of thousands of spot welding stainless steel interior surface wire mesh is a time-consuming, labor intensive job, so this study the General Electric Co. and RTV 627 two-component liquid silicone rubber LSR 2650 high carbonation, development of high-strength silicone rubber insulation ablation resistance, and by itself the strength to resist high temperature, high pressure and high speed hot air erosion without falling off, so you can save costs and improve efficiency.
