摘要
在阐述呼和浩特铁路局集宁枢纽概况的基础上,分析多方向接发列车存在安全责任意识淡薄、列车运行图调整的影响、施工组织的影响、变更运行计划的影响、其他列车的影响等错办进路的原因,提出集宁站实行各工种间的卡控制度、邻站间的卡控制度等互控、联控卡控制度,细化施工措施、确认施工命令等施工细化卡控措施,盯控与卡控相结合等防止错办进路的对策。
Based on expounding status of Ji＇ning hub of Hohhot Railway Administration, this paper analyzes the reasons of wrong handling of route existing in multi-direction train receiving and departure, including weak consciousness of safety responsibility, influence of adjustment of train working diagram, influence of construction organization, influence of changing operation scheme and influence of other trains. The paper also puts forward countermeasures on preventing wrong handling of route by Ji＇ning Station, such as implementing the control system of inter-control and combination control including the control between each job and the control between adjacent stations, implementing the control measures of construction refinement like refining construction measures and confirming construction order, and combining eye-gaze control with control measures.
