摘要
针对PWG型差动式行星滚柱丝杠装配中存在的干涉问题,基于空间螺旋面的啮合原理并依据其啮合区域的空间几何关系,建立了PWG型丝杠的空间啮合模型,结合啮合中心距推导出了多参数啮合方程。以某一规格的PWG丝杠为分析对象,借助空间啮合模型给出了啮合点的位置及标准装配中心距下的啮合干涉量,随后利用啮合方程获得了满足良好啮合状态的啮合中心距,较好地解决了生产实践中的装配干涉问题。
Based on the geometrical relationship of the zone of action, and the meshing principle of helical surface, a model of spatial mesh of the PWG planetary roller screw and multi-parameter meshing equation including center distance of meshing are established The coordinates of meshing point and the interference a-mount under standard assembly center distance are discussed The assembly center distance for better meshing by the method of simplifying the meshing equation is calculated. The accuracy of the method is verified by manufacture.
