摘要
城乡就业结构演化通过改变劳动力的资源配置状态,理论上会影响收入分配水平。基于1978—2013年江西省的时间序列数据所进行的协整回归、误差修正模型和格兰杰因果分析等实证研究结果表明,江西城乡就业结构与收入分配之间存在着长期均衡稳定关系和短期波动较大趋势,城乡就业结构演化对收入分配具有显著的影响。因此,江西等欠发达地区应充分发挥城乡就业结构优化的收入分配合理化效应,通过消除体制性障碍,构建城乡一体化劳动力市场,强化人力资源开发,升级城乡产业结构,改革财税分配制度,促进实现城乡就业结构优化和收入分配合理化。
The evolution of urban-rural employment structure maybe affect the level of income distribution by changing the la-bor resource allocation state. Based on the time series data of Jiangxi province 1978-2013,with the cointegration regression, error correction model and Granger causality analysis,the empirical study results show that,there exists long-term stable equi-librium relationship and volatile short-term trend between the urban-rural employment structure and income distribution in Jiangxi province,and the evolution of urban-rural employment structure has a significant effect on the income distribution. Therefore,Jiangxi and other undeveloped regions should utilize the income distribution rationalization effect of urban-rural employment structure optimization, eliminate the institutional barriers, build the urban-rural integrated labor market, strengthen human resources development,upgrade the urban-rural industrial structure,reform the fiscal and taxation system, in order to realize the optimization of urban-rural employment structure and the rationalization of income distribution.
