Research on the Comprehensive Utilization of a Nickel-iron Ore in the Northwest

摘要 紧密结合不锈钢生产需求,采用焙烧磁选—反浮选选矿工艺流程同时回收西北某含镍铁矿石中镍、铁资源。通过单因素试验,最终在焙烧矿磨矿细度为-74μm占70%,磁场强度为100~150 m T,反浮选捕收剂用量150 g/t的最佳条件下进行全流程试验,并与强磁选试验进行对比,结果表明,采用焙烧磁选—反浮选工艺的选别指标较好,可同时回收镍、铁成分,所得精矿中铁品位54.08%、镍品位1.58%,铁回收率79.69%、镍回收率81.06%。烧结后通过冶炼可作为不锈钢生产原料。 Based on the requirements of the stainless steel manufacturing, the article researches the simultaneous recovery of nickel and iron resources from a nickel ore by roasting magnetic-reverse flotation process in the northwest. By a single factor test, whole process test is taken under the best condition: 70% grinding fitness after roasting is under 74 μm, magnetic intensity is 100 - 150 mT, the amount of reverse flotation collector is 150 g/t and it is compared with high intensity magnetic test. The result shows that the separation indicator is much better by roasting magnetic-reverse flotation process, nickel and iron can be recovered together. The total Fe and nickel in concentrate is 54. 08% and 1.58% , its recovery is 79. 69% and 81.06% respectively. It can be used to the stainless steel production as the raw material.
