摘要
以黄河包头磴口段爆破破冰试验为基础,采用LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟了水下爆破破冰过程,研究冰层在爆破水压力作用下的破坏机理。根据现场试验条件,水深为4.5 m,冰厚0.5 m,10 kg的集中乳化药包位于冰下1.5 m处,同时考虑底部的淤泥的影响,建立了相应的模型进行数值计算。计算得出破坏后的冰层可分为破碎,裂隙和震动三个区,其中冰层破碎区半径约为5.5 m,与现场实测结果一致。研究表明水下冲击波压力对冰层的破坏起主要作用。
Taking ice blasting test on the Baotou Dengkou section of Yellow River as example,the finite element software LS-DYNA is used to simulate the breaking process of ice layer in the test to study the mechanism of the ice layer breaking with high water pressure. Based on the field test, the sludge influence is considered in the model, with 0.5m thick ice layer and 4.5 m water depth,and 10 kg emulsion at 1.5 m under the ice layer. As the result of nu- merical simulation, broken ice layer can be divided into three parts, including pulverized zone, fractured zone and vi- bration zone, and the radius of ice hole is approximately 5.5 m, equal to the achievement of field test. According the study, shock wave of blast plays role in the ice layer breaking.
