摘要
从分子生物学的角度探讨microRNA-520家族与血瘀证的相关性,认为microRNA-520家族是通过介导炎症反应、免疫紊乱、NF-κB信号通路调节血瘀证的形成过程,可以作为血瘀证的生物标记物,为中医药防治血瘀证提供新的治疗依据,,具有重要的临床应用价值。
This article explores the correlation between microRNA - 520 family and blood stasis syndrome from the angle of mo- lecular biology, it indicates that microRNA -520 family contributes to blood stasis syndrome by regulating inflammatory reaction, im- munologic derangement and NF-KB signal pathway. This can be new biomarkers of the blood stasis syndrome, and ultimately used for providing new treatment strategies and targets for the prevention and treatment for the blood stasis syndrome as originally described in Chinese medicine. Therefore, this has an important theoretical significance and clinical application value.
