玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合股四头肌训练治疗创伤性膝关节炎的疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合股四头肌训练治疗创伤性膝关节炎的疗效与安全性。方法选取2012年1月至2014年12月在我院治疗的创伤性膝关节炎患者56例,入选患者均给予玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射及股四头肌强化训练,玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射每周治疗1次,治疗5次为1个疗程,股四头肌训练每次持续20min,每天训练1次,每周训练5d,长期坚持锻炼。于治疗前、治疗5周时、随访1个月及随访6个月时分别采用视觉模拟评分法、关节活动度(ROM)及美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)对入选患者进行疗效评定。结果治疗5周时、随访1个月及随访6个月时发现入选患者疼痛VAS评分[分别为(2.29±1.45)分、(2.18±1.39)分、(2.03±1.26)分]、膝关节活动度、HSS评分[分、别为(78.95±15.29)分、(82.64±13.44)分、(84.13±13.09)分]均较治疗前明显改善(P〈0.05),且整个治疗过程中未发现明显副反应。结论玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合股四头肌训练能显著缓解创伤性膝关节炎患者疼痛,增加关节活动范围,改善关节功能,对提高患者生活质量具有重要意义,该联合疗法值得临床推广、应用。
