口腔修复中快速成型技术的应用价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的对口腔修复中快速成型技术的应用价值进行探讨和分析。方法选取于2012年10月~2014年10月期间在我院进行口腔修复的100例患者,将其作为本次的研究对象,并分成对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组患者采用传统方法进行修复,观察组患者采用快速成型技术进行治疗,观察患者的治疗效果,并对调查换对修复结果的满意度。结果经治疗后,两组患者均得到不同程度的恢复,观察组修复总有效例数47例,总有效率为94%,对照组修复总有效例数38例,总有效率为76%,在修复满意度方面,对照组总满意率为70%,观察组总满意率为92%,比较两组患者差异明显(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。结论针对口腔修复患者,采用快速成型技术可以有效改善患者的口腔状况,提高患者的治疗效果,具有较高的满意度。 Objective To further investigate and analysis the application value of rapid prototyping technology in oral repair.Methods In our hospital for oral cavity repair 50 patients in the control group were treated by traditional method to repair,the observation group were treated by rapid prototyping technology treatment,observe the treatment effect of patients,and the survey of satisfaction with the results for repair.Results After the treatment, the patients in the two groups are different degree of recovery,the observation group to repair the total efficiency is 94%,control group to repair the total efficiency of 76%,in the repair of satisfaction and total satisfaction rate was 70% in control group,the observation group for the overal satisfaction rate of 92%,compared with two groups of patients with difference significantly(P〈0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion For patients with oral cavity repair,the rapid prototyping technology can effectively improve the oral health status of patients,improve the treatment of patients with a high degree of satisfaction,has important value in clinic.
