摘要
目的:探讨、分析电视胸腔镜手术在普胸外科中的应用。方法:选取我院2013年6月至2014年6月收治的64例接受普胸外科手术治疗患者,以随机方式将其分成两个小组,每组32例患者,并命名为实验组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规开胸手术治疗,实验组患者则给予电视胸腔镜手术进行治疗,并将两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果:两组患者在经过治疗后,均取得相应的疗效,但实验组患者取得的疗效更为显著,其中包括疼痛评分、引流量、住院时间、胸管留置时间以及卧床时间,其改善程度均优于对照组患者,统计学差异有意义。结论:对于接受普胸外科手术的患者应用电视胸腔镜手术,可以取得显著的治疗效果,减少对患者的创伤,且安全有效,因此值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective： to study, analyze the application of video-assisted thoracoscope surgery in general thoracic surgery. Methods： from June 2013 to June 2013 were 64 patients who underwent surgical treatment of thoracic surgery, it is divided into two groups in random way, 32 patients in each group, and named as the experimental group and control group. The control group with conventional thoracotomy surgical treatment, the experimental group patients give the video-assisted thoracoscope surgery treatment, and to compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results： after treatment, two groups of patients both obtain corresponding curative effect, but the curative effect of experimental group patients have more significant, including pain score, flow rate, length of hospital stay, chest tube indwelling time and bed time, improve its degree are better than the control group patients, statistically significant. Conclusions： in patients with thoracic surgery, surgery application of video-assisted thoracoscope surgery, can achieve significant treatment effect, reduce the trauma patients, and is safe and effective, thus is worth popularizing in clinical application.
