摘要
针对现场应用中通径大、压力高情况下开启旋塞阀困难的问题,对常规旋塞阀的结构和受力状况进行了分析。通过结构改进降低了开启旋塞阀的阻力,归纳整理出旋塞阀设计的一些方法,为旋塞阀的结构设计提供参考。
Aiming at the problems that kelly values were opened difficultly when kelly valves which have large diameter were operated under high pressure.Structure and forces of the switch were analyzed for the conventional kelly valve.Through structural design and structural improvements,the kelly valves' opening resistance was reduced,and the principles of designing the kelly valve were summed up.That has a certain reference value to the structural design of the valve.
